Sims 3 has stopped working

I have online downloaded 3 of your sims 3 game to my new pc ( starter pack: the sims 3, highend loft stuff and late night) then i downloaded Pets and Fast Life after i downloaded pets im games quit working wont let me play any of them fast lane and pets dont show up in my games origins box either the starter pack is there but thats all.....  please help

• Are you getting any error messages?
• How far do you get, try to describe what happens in as much details as possible (without getting too lenghty)
• Do all installed games show up in the Origin client?
• Which base game version do you have: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2014/02/sims-3-base-game-versions.html
• Which Security Software are you using (Firewall, Antivirus)?
• Do you have the disc or download version or a mix?
• Do you have any files with xctp in your documents\electronicarts\thesims3\ folder ? (those are crash logs)?
