I am trying to digital download the Sims 3 Generations but it is saying that I already used my code. I am trying to see if there is any way that i can digital download my game. I have the code, but it will not save into my orgin library because i used the code already.

Did you already use it to redeem on Origin ? If so, is the game not already in the Origin MyGames library for you to download ?

How did you initially buy the game ? As DVD ?
