Sims 3 exchange problems.

Everytime i ty to download something at the Exchange, I press ''download'' and it says i have no games registered.. Even though i've purshased 3 The Sims Games a Origin? And when i type in the serial code it errors? I dont get what im doing wrong help plzzz

First once codes are accepted the codes can NOT be re entered. I see you have some packs registered. There have been downloading problems from the EA servers.recently. The problem is being worked on.
