I have sims 3 installed on my computer along with three other expansion packs. They were all functioning properly at one point. One day we received an error message which caused us to eventually MANUALLY uninstall all the sims products (using EA support manual uninstall info) We Re-installed all of the products but now when we try to open them we get an error message which says" There was an error during start-up Please see the log for more info" can you please help us with this error, and perhaps direct us to where we can find this "log info" Thank you

When you manually uninstalled, did you clean out the registry ? If not, you need to do this.
Follow this instructions to do it again and then reinstall: https://help.ea.com/article/manually-uninstalling-the-sims-3
