Hi I play Sims 3 then and again for up to half an hour and have owned it for ages. My Sims never seems to work anymore, I've tried everything I deleted all my exchange things and all the videos and pictures, but still as soon as I go to save it comes up error code 12 its really bothering me. Sometimes I only play the game for 5 mins and it does not save. Also a lot of crashing too in the middle of games. I don't let my laptop get warm and have a fan for it too. This has been constantly happening for weeks now and i don't know what to do? please help me
