Sims 3 custom content won't work

I had installed Monte Vista a while back with no issues. Recently, I obtained quite a few premium content items from the store to enhance the game play. Now, the oven from Monte Vista won't work, and the Milkin' It was dowloaded but never appeared. I haven't had issues with the other content prior to the recent downloads. Any advice?

If this doesn't get corrected, I'm done spending money on Sims. I never have had Pets work well and am tired of spending money only to not have the game work properly. I tried reaching out to EA through the other help features only to get error messages. Very tired of trying to get some answers...
