Sims 3 create a household wont load!

I downloaded a sim on sims 3.com and since then my 'Create A sim" wont load all the way. When ever I try to go on it it always shows the loading sign. it will never load all the way! What should I do to fix this? I already un-installed the sim I downloaded.
