I keep receiving this error message, even though I purchased both games for direct download at the same time earlier today. The game thinks it is fully updated, but the play button remains unselectable and every time I try to start the game I get the error message. I have 4 different expansion packs, only one of which appears in my origin "My Games" tab.

also make sure your logging into the right account if you can't see all your game sin the my tabs or If the game/s are not there there anymore, contact a game adviser
