I recently started playing Sims 3 again, and I've a major problem, I can't access the same account I used to. I've forgotten the password, and I don't have access to my old email account. I have a lot of DLC on that account and I'd like to get it back. I can use my new email address, and I don't wish to make a new Sims 3 account for the sims site. I tried to change my password on Sims 3 website but it only changed my Origin account. Is there any way I can get a password reset email to my newest email? If so that'd be very very helpful.
EDIT: My old account was GtfoMyDog if that helps.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
