Sims 3 Supernatural-Limited Edition Origin pre-order rewards were not sent? [ Edited ]

Hello, I pre-ordered some months ago the Supernatural expansion pack. However, I never ever got the origin exclusive decor pack and neither the limited edition content pack.

I registered the game on my Sims 3 EA account address ( message edited: personal info removed ) but never received the confirmation codes to enter to unlock the downloads.

I wished to know if this was normal and could be corrected if not?

You should have gotten the code for Plants vs Zombies content on a leaflet in the game box or in your e-mails if you ordered a digital copy.
