Sims 3 Supernatural Installation Error

I just purchased and downloaded the Sims 3 Supernatural, and everytime I try to install it, I get the error message:

I have tried repairing the game, and that has not worked either. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Origins, and that does not work either.

I have also deleted the game's local files and tried re-downloading it. My Internet Explorer is updated to it's highest patch as well.

Is your Windows updated too ? What's your OS ? Did you try installing in a compatibility mode ?

after it taking 5 days for the game to finally download I cant install it. Every time I press the install button it brings up a small screen that says "SetupNew\setup.cpp (140)

and then stops downloading, somebody please help!
