Sims 3 Store, Purchase History not showing items purchased several days ago

I recently purchased the Sims 3 Pets expansion and the Granpa's Grove is not showing up in my history. I correctly put in the game code as well as waited a few days to see if it may have been slow to update. Any suggestions?

I'm not so sure as to what you mean. Pets and the store item, Grandpa's Grove are completely separate things. Are you talking about the game or the store venue?
