Sims 3 Store, Purchase History, not loading

I am trying to access my purchase history on my sims 3 account.  I enter my email and password and all it does is try to load.  I have tried firefox and google chrome.  I have changed the password and all it does is tries to load with no successes.  I need to redownload all the stuff I bought since my computer crashed.    Please hurry.  Thank you!!
