Sims 3 Starter Pack

I just bought and downlaoded the Sims 3 Starter Pack, I am able to access Sunset Valley but not Brigeport. Also if I want to buy any of the high End Loft Stuff pack, it is not there. It is as if I didnt download Late Night or HIgh End Loft Stuff. I enjoy Sims 3 and would like to play Late Night. Is there anyway to fix this?

What's your operating system ?
Are the icons of these expansions highlighted in the launcher at the bottom ?
