Sims 3 Pets gltich?

Okay, so I got Sims 3 Pets thinking it would be awesome, but it's not. The pets are all glichty and weird looking. And I can't play with them near because there glitchyness messing with the rest off my game. I can't really describe what they look like, but the eyes are all weird and they look like their streched out in certain areas on their fur. Please help, I just want to play Sims 3 Pets.

make sure your computer meets the system reqirements. Pets is a demanding EP and you need a decent video card

in game go to the three dots-options if enable advance rendering is unticked tick it on tick accpet you may be asked to accept again save and quit restart the computer see if that makes a ifference

Ok, I believe mine is the graphic card thing. Darn, I can't afford a new one I just got my new PC from my dad, he's gonna SO mad if I tell him what Sims 3 Pets has been doing on my game, he disagreed with me getting it. I guess he was right.

If it's not working make sure you remove the Pets EP manually so you leave no files of it behind so you can play the rest of the game . When and if you get a new card you can then play pets again but it could ruin your computer if you dont have the proper video card to run it so removing it at the moment would be your best option. .
