So I got Sims 3 around two years ago, and probably around a year ago bought the Sims 3 Pets expansion pack. I never really registered any of my games and realized this just today. When I went to register my Sims 3 Pets game it will not register it, when I know for a fact that I have not registered this game. I bought my Sims 3 Pets brand new and was looking into adding the limited edition pet store onto my game today, but I cannot do that until it allows me to register my game. What should I do?

Contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

Hi.
Cannot register my game, get answer "e-mail and password doesn't match", when I ask for "lost e-mail" I'm sent the Origin customer portal which gives no information so stuck in a loop. Have checked off passsword to e-mail and am sure I have the right one. Please advice.
