Sims 3 PLUS Seasons. One disk or 2 disks?

I recieved the Sims 3 PLUS Seasons for Christmas but I already have the Sims 3 base game. Does the Sims 3 plus Seasons come on 2 seperate disks with 2 serial numbers or is it on one disk? I don't want to open it in case I have to return it.

You will get two different discs and seperate codes. All the Sims 3 + Expansion editions are like that.
