I got the monte vista disc and I inserted it into my pc and the game launcher popped up as usual and I typed in the code but when I go to click redeem it doesn't let me click on it to redeem my code... Someone please help me! I'm getting really mad!

I am having the same problem. Confusedmileymad:

I went to the sim3 page to my account, logged in and went to redeem code. I put the 16 digits there and was able to download and install. The game launcher still has the place to redeem the digits though. I'm hoping a restart will work.

Seems a common issue right now.
