Sims 3 Keeps Freezing/Crashing on my Mac!

Why does my sims 3 game keep crashing on my macbook pro every 10 or 15 minutes my game either freezes so I can only move my mouse around and I hear sound or crashes without any warning. Why is this happening and is there something you can do to help me like an update or something because I am very unhappy about this happening all the time

Playing the Sims 3 on a Mac Air Pro and every 5 minutes the game freezes.The solution on here is not in English ,Translate in English please.!!!!!!!!!
