Sims 3 Island Paradise installation fail - Weird error code (140)!!!!

This error occurs EVERYTIME i try to install Island Paradise via the Origin Client. All my other Sims 3 games are bought/running through the Origin Client. We have updatet Java, Direct X, Graphics, Tryed failsafe mode but nothing works !!!
I am Running Windows 7 x86 - NOT vista !!!!!
All System requirement are met for the game !!
Can anyone PLEASE tell me what is wrong, and what i have to do to fix this ??? 
Did you try running the setup as administrator (right click on icon and choose run as administrator) ?
