Sims 3 Installer Won't Install/ Freezes Up

I am having a SERIOUS installing issue with my newly downloaded Sims 3 game. It freezes overtime I try to restart my installing process and I have yet to play the game that I PAID For. Please Help Me ASAP Thank YOU!
