Just called tech support about the sims game not working well none of them and now it's sYing your sims 3 base game is incompatible with the current sims 3 expansion pack. Please update your game via the game launcher. Help please!!

If the launcher is not calling for you to patch, try the manula super patch. Here is a link for the pc version - manual patch  Download and run.
