On 01/25/13 I purchased the worlds Hidden Springs, the Barnacle Bay Adventure and the E.P. Supernatural from Origin (order number 13266578619) I had the Supernatural E.P. delivered to me and downloaded the two worlds. Both showed up in my game with no problems so I deleted the E-mail with the codes (which in hindsight was probably a mistake). However, now in looking at store content both Barnacle Bay and another world purchased on a separate occasion, Monte Vista, show up as "Download" instead of giver me a purchase amount. Currently that is not a problem but if something were to happen to my hard drive, or my computer in general it would be. I would rather solve it now rather than wait until a some time in the future that I have had an outage and am totally stressed out by computer problems. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

If it doesn't show up there or if you can't download it from there, you need to contact customer support.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
