Today, I tried to download The Sims 3 Hidden Springs which also came with Monte Vista but The Sims 3 Launcher says it's been already used! I looked in my Downloads and my only neighborhood was Monte Vista. I never had another Sims 3 account except this one and I never even looked at the Hidden Springs code, only the Monte Vista one which worked for download the Monte Vista neighborhood. I've doubled checked and looked in the objects but All i see is monte vista. Can somebody tell me what's going, I typed in my code exactly.

worlds are download from your the sims 3 account the code if bought from origin is redeemed on your the sims 3 account download and installed from there it is not downloaded nor will it be in the origin my games tabs as it is a store item in the sims 3 site also there will be no short cut icon or launcher icon for the world it will be found once download and installed in the main menu plus new game to select the world to start playing in you'll still play from whatever game you normally play from
if you redeemed the code in origin then if you go to redeem it on the sims3 account you may get an invalid/used code message if that happens you'll need to contact CS

I have the same issue and have contacted an adviser who could do nothing to help. Just kept saying to me my codes have been linked to another account which is highly unlikely as it is a new game and not been opened before but they said there is nothing they can do to help. So i guess i have lost out and warn people not to buy the game.

Same problem with me! I don't even think I can refund my game as it's not appearing in my origin history or my sims 3 account. Frustrating isn't the word! Lost out on 15 quid now

If you go to your purchase history on the Sims 3 website, Hidden Springs may be there and need to be downloaded, and then installed.

Man I am having this problem just bought the game the other day it was the worlds bundle with monte vista and hidden springs the monte vista code worked but the hidden springs one did not and i've went to the live adviser a few times but no one picked up or even gotten back at me i just want to play my game with hidden springs
