I purchased the Sims 3 but didn't realize I could get free simpoints, so its been about a year later and I try to register my game and it works but I don't get any simpoints. Also it didn't say anything about an expiration date.

If that does not work, you should contact customer support.

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
If the Live Chat option is not active for you, choose US as your country.
