Sims 3 Expansion packs won't install

Hello,

I had downloaded/installed/used the Sims 3 base game along with the loft stuff, pets, late night, and seasons expansion packs. The computer that all was on is now dead and I have started over on a new computer. The base game and the loft stuff downloaded and installed successfully but the others only downloaded, and whenever I click the play button to install nothing happens. What do you suggest?

Are you playing on Windows or Mac?
