Sims 3 Expansion packs Act as if not there

Hello! Please spare some time for a simmer with troubles.

Okay so basically whenever i launch my game (the sims 3) it works perfectly fine but then it acts as if i have no expansion packs. ( i have more than 5) 

It also works the same with my store content like i have many worlds installed but none of them show up only Sunset Valley.

Does the same to my mods, nothing is there.

Yes i have also checked the boxes to where it says expansion packs but still none of them seem to be working.

Also i am on the latest update and have tried repairing trough origin.

@Enrika1234 Is your computer a pc or mac? Is it like you never played the game?

I have a pc , and no ive played the game for several years now. Even after updating to windows 10 it worked until now.
