Sims 3 Does Not Recognize AMD Graphics Card [ Edited ]

Hello I just bought a new laptop, and the sims3 does not recognize my graphics card, so all of my settings on the game are automatically set to high. Which is causing my game to freeze, is there any way I could get my game to recognize my card??
