Sims 3 Crashes Due to Windows 7 Error- Please Help!

Hello everyone. I just got my computer back from being fixed. They had to wipe my computer to fix it so I had to reinstall all my sims games. In one sitting I installed:

The Sims 3 (only one from download and not disc)- haven't had a problem before though

After installing it asked me many times to update which I did. After hours of installing I was excited to play. Everything loaded fine and I began to create a new family. I spent about 30 minutes making my family...no problem. I then moved my family into a house. After it loaded about a minute later the game crashed due to the windows 7 error which read "The Sims 3 Has Stopped Working - Windows will notify you if a solution is available". I tried to play my game many times after and every time my family loads it crashes a minute after with the same message. It only crashes after selecting a family to play with. I have looked for solutions online but haven't had any luck. I've added all my sims games to my computers DEP list and tried running as admin. I have no custom content as everything is newly installed.

I am very frusturated so any help is greatly appreciated! I got my computer back from being fixed and it is working great....however now I can't play my sims! Doesn't make sense to me . Here is my system's info:
