Sims 3 Code has already been Used

I just prchased the Sims 3 Worlds Bundle and I was able to install Hidden Springs, but when I went to install Monte Vista it said that my registration code has already been used. What do I do?

If you get an message that your code is invalid, you need to CS  this can have several reasons trying to redeem those codes on origin can for example invalidate them
