Sims 3, Code Not working

Hello Today i Brought a Brand new Copy of the Sims 3, I used the code on origion and it was vaild and to get on line on it, it tells me to make an account on the sims 3 store, so i try and it ask's me for the code i give it the code the game came with, but then it says it was invaild... What can i do so i can get that account do need to get another copy of the game?

With serial codes stating they're invalid, you most likely will have to contact EA, they can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Please keep in mind that if you bought the game off Origin, it is AUTOMATICALLY registered FOR YOU!
