Signing in, but keeps going back to the first page [ Edited ]

I have done everything that has been suggested.  I never know what game I won't be let into.  If I am going to pay for this site, then I want to be able to used it to its full extent, without getting run all over hells half acre.  I need someone get this fixed.

try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser like firefox and or  make sure nothing is blocking the connection like firewall/antivirus to thesims3.com
