I have several issues with the Sims3.com website and I've read that some are account specific issues. How do I get them fixed?
- Make Me An Offer does not work (Be Right Back page comes up)
- Don't ever get notifications or emails when being gifted things
- No more ads showing up
- When trying to buy multiple things at the checkout it says there's not enough simpoints but there is
- SALES page hasn't changed in over 3 months
I have tried the following browsers: IE, Opera, Chrome, Firefox, I've cleared the caches and internet histories several times but nothing has changed.
