Hi
I bought the sims 3 game two months ago and was playing normally, but my computer got virus and had to format it completely. When I tried to install the game again the Origin app tells me that my code is already been used. What should I do?

Where do you get the message ? When trying to activate on Origin or on installing on the blue window with the sims ?
For Origin
You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account. The game should be there in myGames. If it's not, contact a game advisor

I got the message trying to activate the Origin. When I insert the CD into the computer opens the Origin window asking me to install the game and when I put the serial code it says it is already being used.

You should not need to reactivate. Did you login with the same account you first registered with ? Is the game still in myGames ?
