Serial Code Invalid? [ Edited ]

Hello,

I've bought on August 25th The Sim3 +  the following expansions: Late Night, High-End Loft &Into the Future.

The above shows up at My page on thesims3.com and I can download them from Origin but  when I start the game, I get an EA popup to control the code. When I fill in the code nothing happens for a minute but then the popup comes back.

What can I do?

Can you check the codes for me if they have been registered before I bought them?
