Serial code is invalid

Hi.

I bought my game at store. Tried to install and when serial code is requested. It says me to register in web page.

When I enter serial code in page ( I have already created Origin user ) it says the serial code is invalid.

Need help to work around this.

3. Write a questions like: Why can't I use IDEAL and click Find Solution
4. Select Product: The Sims 3
5. Select Category: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
6. Select Platform: PC

I have got The Sims 3 on PC, I have tried several times but my serial number is saying invalid when i havent even put it in before.
