Recently I purchased the Game The Sims 3 University Life online on origin and it will not download. I have clicked numerous times on the download button for the game and an it always results in the following error: 655538. Is there anyway that I can get my game to download? I have a Mac if this is any help, it is also up to date on software updates. This is the first time I have purchased a game online from origin and I am wondering if it is something I am doing wrong. My origin is also up to date. I have tried resetting the password and reinstalling the application and neither of those things worked, I also read that I needed to have the beta version but I have added that and it is not helping.
