SIm Points not updated

I bought the world travels expansion off of Origin and when i went to register it said it will automatically do so as i have an Origin account. However, the advertised 1000 simpoints havent been transfered to my account and on my games list the expansion hasnt shown up. Could anyone help?

if it is registered in your origin account, is downloaded and installed is highlighted in the launcher then all is well there for a lot of others too the world adventures icon seems to have an issue showing up on the my page on the sims 3 site and or they got half the simpoints (500) contact CS to assist with this

also once you get sorted on the sims 3 site you get this set too

I can download the set that you linked. Very happy about that. But i still don't have the simpoints so i am slightly confused it has registred the fact i can have the set but not the simpoints. 

Thanks for the CS link as well i shall try this next.

your very welcome  glad you got the set too :D  i believe in some cases what may have have happened the base game and world adventures somehow had the same code CS assisted with that and for others even though the game IS regestired in the origin it just has some issue not showing up on the my page god luck and happy simming

OH p.s.

if you do send your sims off to the other countries save your game BEFORE sending them off thus keeping your orignal save safe and have aback up AND do a save as new save name then send them off
