SIMS 3 CRASHES EVERY 10 MINUTES [ Edited ]

I called and spoke to one of your employees, unfortunetly she did not help me.

Last week i downloaded sims 3. I have a brand new laptop- hp windows 8. She instructed me to adjust my settings in my control panel and change it to where sims works best for windsows 7 and such. It did not work.

I called back twice and no connection.

Please give me some kind of advice to why this keeps happening. People do not need to be downloading software from this website if it does not work.

• At what point does your game crash ? Any regularities ?
• How long can you usually play ?
• Which EP/SPs do you have installed ?
• Are you using custom content and mods in your game ?
