Hi everybody

i have a problem in my son's computer i mean in his sims 3 university life game we were in vaccation for 1 month so he was not playing the game but today we are back he try to play just like usualy when it runs a message appear asking for an update so we did agree to updating the game but when it comes to 50 % it's stuck there for more than 2 hours i try to restart the computer for him and doing some manupulation but it doesn't work

so need a help please and thank you so much for you advices in advance
