I am trying to reinstall my Sims 3. I log into Orgins and it knows that I have the Sims3 in my profile but tells me that my product code is in use. I rebuilt my laptop and I'm trying to reinstall it.

Where do you get the message ? When trying to activate on Origin or on installing on the blue window with the sims ?
For Origin
You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account. The game should be there in myGames. If it's not, contact a game advisor
