Reinstalling the Sims3

i just brought a new pc i installed the Sims 3 starter pack also the sims 3 univerity my game started lagging freezing my sims were not moving and then it just stopped playing. so i restated my pc that didnt work so I was given the option to refresh my pc. so I did when it finished it deleted all of my sims that I had installed. so i put the disk in again to reinstall it and Origin asked for the code so i out the same code and it keeps saying product code already in use but it was in use by me now it wont let me intall it again would i have to just buy a new one or is there a way I can just fix it ?

Where do you get the message ? When trying to activate on Origin or on installing on the blue window with the sims ?

For Origin

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account and find the game in myGames right clcik download . If it's not there, contact a game advisor
