Registration code Problem after Update !!! [ Edited ]

Hi ..
so I have buy in few years before Sims 3 Game and I was so enjoyable with
and before 3 days ago I found the Disc in my Old Stuff .. so I said Let's Give it a Try
and I install it Again .. its worked perfectly Until this Morning I decide to Update the Game in the Last Patch .. becouse my Base Game is Very Old patch game .
when I did updated the base game to 1.67.2.024017 The game wont work again
it show me Message ( enter your registration code here ) when I did enter it it says
( re-enter and verify your registration code ) that mean its invalid code somehow !!
I have tired to fix that and search and search Nothing seams to be work ..
I searched in my ( EA Account , Sims 3 Account , Origin Accout , The Email )
to Find the Code or anything can help .. but nothing work for me !!

@Medo-David The software on the disc is dated. When you register your code in Origin your version 1.67 game will patch to version 1.69 and use Origin for DRM. If you have a disc then you got the code in the case with the disc. Does the Sims 3 game icon appear in Origin? Was the game installed on the computer you have now? If your computer is a pc there is a program call gamekeyrevealer (google it) and it may still find the code in the registry.
