Registration and ice bar

 I registered my game on origin but am unable to register it in Sims. Also, I never received the code for the ice bar.

I had the seasons and supernatural bought for me by hubby  as an early pressie on origin due to the fact my lovely real life collie was not having pups we wanted and I was bit down on this, the code I had for the seasons won't register and I can't get the freebees either help
