Registering my Sims 3 game,glitch ? [ Edited ]

Hello...i bought The Sims 3 base game,all the expansion packs and all the stuff packs except for katy perry's sweet treats originally on Steam and registered all of them on my origin account about 3 months ago but i have just opened my store account.i have registered all my games on my store account and my recent activity looks like this

As you can see it looks like i registered The Sims 3 base game 20 times is this a glitch ?

@amysky06 If your Origin account looks ok then there shouldn't be an issue. A guess is the system is checking to see if you have the base game before you try to register an expansion pack. Only the base game will have a code in Origin. The packs will show as owned (but no code can be displayed for packs). If you haven't installed yet I suggest you install from Origin digital download as the software on the discs is dated.
