I previously had a Sims 3 Community account, but I lost either the email or the password. Apparently, I registered 2 of my Sims 3 games to that account, and now I cannot register them to my new account. Is their anyway that I could cancel that account and register these games to my new account?

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up. If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
