Seems like all expansions I have bought in Origin have this activation problem on the theSims3.com page. It says the code is unavailable or something like that. Now when I bought Supernatural in a store the code works fine and when I had activated it on the page I got the game on my Origin account as well, so I don't know why I can't activate the expansions I buy in Origin...

Having a similar problem, except I DID buy the Supernatural Exp in store (therefore having a physical disk and serial code) and I'm unable to register, receiving the message that my code is not valid.

For invalid key, contact customer support (if you are positive you punched the code in right)

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
