Why can't I email anyone? For most support organizations, the time taken to resolve a request by channel is

 

email < chat < phone

 

I would just like to submit a refund request without waiting 35 minutes, so I'll try to do that here:

30 minutes ago, so 1pm PST, 03/09/14

Don't know, haven't received the confirmation email yet, but Product code: <removed for security reasons>

AnswerHQ is about users helping users. We can't give you a refund all we can do is trying to help you with any issues you might have.

You need to contact a game advisor through either live chat or through call back (only during office hours).

 

Sorry, but this is the only option EA offers for games that don't fall under the great game guarantuee.
