Today I've tried to buy the Sims 3 on Origin and the Sims 3 starterpack, and none of them worked. I always get the error "ref #10048" saying that I should use another way to pay or try again later. I wanted to buy Sims 3 on the sale but it's not working, and both of them doesn't work. I've seen people with the same problem with other games like BF4 and Simcity. What do I do? I've even tried two different cards to pay but both with the same results. Please help.
