Question about Story Progression Mod?

I would like to download this mod because I get bored with the same people in EVERY town. But from what I have heard children will be born and I like to keep aging turned off and I do not need a town full of babies. I do not spend a lot of time making the perfect sim just for it to die. This mod sounds like it would keep things interesting, but I would like to know if I could somehow disable pregnancies? I have the master controller already installed, so could I just change the rate of pregnancies to 0 and it work that way? Or will the master controller be messed up with story progression installed.

@KaylieBreeann The story porgression mod was created by Nraas and their is a faq on their site. I have never used story progression so it is hard for me to advise. The only mod I used was the overwatch mod. Google nraas and a link to their wiki should pop up.
